Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your MESO purchases and be entirely happy with each fit. Should you want to exchange or return any garment, please take note of the following:
• All return and exchange requests must be made within 7 working days of receiving the item in order for a return request to be processed.
• All items MUST be returned new, unworn, in their original condition and with all garment tags attached before any returns or exchanges can be made.
• You can exchange your purchased item for another item of the same value.
• To ensure that your return is well protected whilst being shipped, we recommend you send your items to us in the original packaging provided.
• Customers are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping.
• Please email: email@example.com to request a return or exchange within 7 working days of receiving your order.
• Once you receive your return approval notification via email, you can then mail or ship your package :

• Items must be mailed within 48 hours of receiving your return notification email.
• You will receive email notification once your return has been received and processed.
• All sale merchandise is considered FINAL SALE and therefore is unreturnable.
